Get help with Erase, privacy requests, account deletion, or an Apple purchase.

Erase is operated by Hangzhou Origin Gravigation Technology Co., Ltd.

Include the Erase account email or anonymous account ID only when it is needed to find your request. Do not email photos, videos, passwords, or Apple payment credentials.

Delete your Erase account

Open Erase Settings and choose Delete Account. This deletes Erase data but does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage the subscription separately in the App Store.
